Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) and Part H of Appendix 9A of the Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors ("the Board") of Borneo Oil Berhad ("BORNOIL" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Board has approved the incorporation of the revaluation surplus of approximately RM1.89 million in the Consolidated Financial Statements of BORNOIL for the financial period ended 30 June 2026.
