Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 August 2025, 29 August 2025, 1 October 2025, 3 February 2026, 1 April 2026, 2 April 2026, 12 May 2026, 26 May 2026, 1 July 2026, 21 July 2026, 31 July 2026 and the Circular dated 17 October 2025.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 28 August 2026, resolved to approve the application for the Proposed Withdrawal.

In this regard, RedPlanet is required to announce, 5 clear markets days before the effective date of suspension, the following:

(i) the trading in RedPlanet's shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended one market day before the date of allotment of the new RedPlanet shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Listing until the completion of the Proposed Listing; and

(ii) the effective date of suspension.
