We refer to the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Board had on 28 August 2026 written to the Board of Directors of the Joint Offerors to request for an extension of time until 5.00 p.m. on 4 October 2026 for Tong Herr to respond to the Joint Offerors with its decision on whether to table the Proposed SCR to the Non-Interested Shareholders for their consideration and approval ("Extension of Time").

On even date, the Board of Directors of the Joint Offerors has agreed to grant Tong Herr the Extension of Time. Save for the Extension of Time, all other terms and conditions as stated in the Proposal Letter remain unchanged.
