Pursuant to Rule 6.08A of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") ("Listing Requirements"), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the quarterly update on the status of the utilisation of proceeds in relation to the Private Placement.
