Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 8 August 2025, 11 August 2025, 6 October 2025, 8 October 2025, 18 November 2025,  29 January 2026, 23 February 2026, 2 March 2026, 11 March 2026, 22 April 2026, 24 April 2026, 30 April 2026, 14 May 2026, 28 May 2026 and 22 July 2026 (collectively referred to as "Previous Announcements"). 

Reference is made to the Previous Announcements. The Board of Directors ("Board") of Mega Fortris Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company's Striking Out Application was dismissed on 27 August 2026, with costs of RM15,000 awarded to the Plaintiff. The Court considered that the matters raised in the Company's Striking Out Application would require a trial for disposal.

The Court fixed 22 September 2026 for hearing of the Company's Security for Costs Application and for further directions in respect of the main suit, including pre-trial directions for the trial presently fixed from 11 January 2027 to 14 January 2027.
