The Board of Directors of JTGB wishes to announce that Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 200301020328 (622748-W)) ("JTHSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, together with Idiqa Holding Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 199601009939 (382287-H)) ("IHSB"), via an unincorporated joint venture, had on 27 August 2026 accepted a Letter of Acceptance ("LOA") issued by TNB to perform contract works for the "ESTABLISHMENT OF PMU 132/33kV TUMPAT GIS (2X90MVA), KELANTAN AND 132kV OVERHEAD LINE FROM PMU TUMPAT TO POINT A" ("Contract") for a contract sum of RM69,486,940.60 inclusive of Sales and Service Tax (SST). For the avoidance of doubt, both JTHSB and IHSB have agreed to collaborate and work together via an unincorporated joint venture for the Contract.
