Reference is made to the announcement relating to the Proposed Acquisition of the Property dated 25 June 2026.

The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the Manager of Axis-REIT, wishes to announce that the Trustee has, on behalf of Axis-REIT, completed the Proposed Acquisition of the Property, located within Bandar Saujana Putra, Selangor from City-Link Express (M) Sdn. Bhd., today in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA dated 25 June 2026.
