Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(iii) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it had provided financial assistance in the form of advances to its associate and subsidiary companies up to the second quarter ended 30 June 2026 as follows: -
On 24 April 2026, 13 May 2026, 26 May 2026, 29 May 2026, 8 June 2026, 24 June 2026, and 25 June 2026, a total of advances of RM 7,169,000 was provided to Bigpay Pte. Ltd. ("BPPL") by the Company, through its subsidiary, Move Digital Sdn Bhd ("RBV"); and
On 22 April 2026 and 8 May 2026, a total of advances of USD 75,687 (equivalent to RM 308,045 based on the exchange rate of 4.070 as at 30 June 2026) was provided to Biglife (Thailand) Co. Ltd. ("BLTH") by the Company, through its subsidiary, Biglife Sdn. Bhd. ("BLMY").
(Collectively, referred to as "the Financial Assistance").
The Financial Assistance provided was in the ordinary course of business and to facilitate the running of the operations and financial affairs of BPPL and BLTH.
The Financial Assistance provided does not have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries.
