The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Directors have on 27 August 2026 proposed a final single-tier dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2026 ("Proposed Final Dividend"), subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Thirty-Second Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The entitlement date and payment date for the Proposed Final Dividend will be determined and announced by the Company in due course.
