Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of OPB wishes to announce that the Company and its subsidiaries ("Group") have in the ordinary course of business entered into RRPT and the aggregate consideration of the RRPT has exceeded the threshold of RM1 million for the period from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026.
