Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of NEXG wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by MMR Capital Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of NEXG Asset Sdn Bhd which in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, a moneylending company pursuant to its ordinary course of business for first quarter ended 30 June 2026.
