The Board of Directors of Malaysia Steel Works (KL) Bhd ("Masteel") has on 27 August 2026 approved the change in the financial year end of Masteel from 31 December to 30 April. Following the change in financial year end, the next set of audited financial statements of Masteel will cover a period of sixteen (16) months from 1 January 2026 to 30 April 2027. Thereafter, the financial year end of Masteel shall be 30 April for each subsequent year.
