Further to the Company's announcement dated 26 August 2026, Milolo wishes to announce that the resignation of Messrs TGS Tw PLT is pursuant to the Company's decision to appoint a new external audit firm as part of its periodic review of its external audit arrangements and to facilitate a fresh perspective on the audit process.

The Board of Directors wishes to highlight that there are no matters in respect of the resignation of Messrs TGS Tw PLT which should be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
