The Board of Directors of Kobay Technology Bhd. ("the Company") is pleased to announce that a proposed first and final single tier dividend of 3.0 sen in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2026 

will be recommended to the shareholders for approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
 

The entitlement date, the payment date and all other relevant information in relates to the proposed dividend shall be announced in due course.
