Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 3 August 2026, 19 August 2026 and 24 August 2026 in relation to the application for Judicial Management Order ("JM Application") and appointment of Interim Judicial Managers ("IJM") ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors ("Board") of PRG wishes to announce that the Company has received the following correspondence in relation to the Company's application for the appointment of IJM, the hearing date has been fixed for 26 August 2026:-

(a) Notice of Application filed by a Director of the Company, seeking, amongst others, leave to be heard and/or to intervene in the proceedings relating to the Company's application for the IJM and for certain directions to be imposed on the IJM/Judicial Managers, if appointed; and

(b) A letter dated 24 August 2026 from Messrs. Skrine, solicitors acting for a substantial shareholder of the Company, informing the Court that they intend to attend the hearing of the application for the appointment of IJM on 26 August 2026 as solicitors on a watching brief and requesting, amongst others, that the hearing be adjourned to enable filing of necessary applications to intervene in the proceedings and, if permitted, to file an affidavit in response to the supporting affidavit filed in respect of the application.

The Company will make further announcement(s) as and when there are any material developments in relation to the above matter.
