The Parties appeared before the Senior Assistant Registrar for case management today, 24 August 2026 for the above matter.

 

The solicitors for the 2nd Proposed Intervener informed the Registrar that they are withdrawing Enclosure 49 and that they had filed a Notice of Discontinuance in respect of the said Enclosure on 21 August 2026.

 

In respect of the 1st Proposed Intervener, his solicitors informed the Registrar that they had instructions to file an affidavit in reply to Enclosure 1 and requested that directions be given accordingly.

 

The said Registrar then gave the following directions:

(i) For the said contributory to file his affidavit in reply on 7 September 2026; and

(ii) For any parties who wish to file an affidavit in reply by 21 September 2026.

 

The said Registrar fixed the above for case management before the learned Judge on 21 September 2026.
