This amended announcement is made to rectify the typographical errors and amendments in the previous announcement as follows: 1. Under Page 4 - Under Net current assets as at 31 March 2026 (Audited), the figure has been revised from "RM26,098" to "RM84,322" to include the Asset held for sale of RM58,224. 2. Under Page 8 - Under the Note to Cash and cash equivalents at the end of financial period, the Note has been amended from "A17" to "A18". 3. Under Page 11 - Under A14, the description has been amended from "Profit before tax" to "(Loss)/Profit before tax" for better presentation and clarity. 4. Under Page 13 - Under A16 - Diluted (loss)/earnings per share (sen), the figure has been corrected from "017" to "0.17". 5. Under Page 15 - Under B1, the word "million" has been added after "RM25.70" in the first paragraph to reflect the correct value of the figure. 6. Under Page 16 - Under B2 - Current quarter compared with immediate preceding quarter, the sentence has been amended to read as follows: "The Group recorded a loss after tax of RM0.58 million for the current quarter under review compared to profit after tax of RM3.86 million for the immediate preceding quarter as follows:-". 7. Under Page 17 - Under B11, the description has been amended from "Profit before tax" to "(Loss)/Profit before tax" for better presentation and clarity. Save for the aforesaid amendments, all other information in the previous announcement remains unchanged. |
