We refer to our announcements dated 1 August 2025, 7 October 2025, 10 November 2025 and 3 December 2025 in relation to the notices of assessment dated 31 July 2025 ("Notices") issued by the Inland Revenue Board ("IRB") for the years of assessment 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 amounting to RM6,746,412.30, RM10,998,368.64, RM12,671,920.51 and RM13,799,505.79, respectively.

The hearing of the Judicial Review application (Merits Stage), which was scheduled for 2 July 2026, was deferred to 22 July 2026. On 22 July 2026, the matter was converted to case management to facilitate the parties' settlement discussions. The Court fixed case management on 13 August 2026 for both parties to provide an update on the settlement discussions and to obtain further directions from the Court.

During the case management on 13 August 2026, counsel for the Company sought an extension of time for the parties to discuss the settlement. The IRB had no objection to the request and the Court accordingly allowed the request. The Court fixed the next case management on 12 October 2026.

The Company will make further announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments on this matter.
