Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements from year 2020, year 2021, year 2022, year 2023, year 2024, 8 January 2025, 24 April 2025, 16 July 2025, 3 September 2025, 9 October 2025, 16 October 2025, 14 November 2025, 18 December 2025, 21 January 2026, 3 March 2026, 19 May 2026 and 13 July 2026.

 

The Company wishes to provide the following updates on the court proceedings in relation to the abovesaid matter:

 

(i)        During the continued trial proceedings held from 4 August 2026 to 6 August 2026, the Defendants' solicitors commenced the cross-examination of the Plaintiff's two expert witnesses. Only the cross-examination and re-examination of the Plaintiff's 1st expert witness were completed during this tranche of trial.

(ii)        The continued cross-examination of the Plaintiff's 2nd expert witness resumed on 20 August 2026 and 21 August 2026, and both the cross-examination and re-examination of the Plaintiff's 2nd expert witness were completed on 21 August 2026;

(iii)       The Court has fixed additional trial dates on 22 September 2026, 28 September 2026 and 29 September 2026 for the continuation of the trial; and

(iv)      On 20 August 2026, the 1st and 2nd Defendants had applied to the Court to dismiss the Plaintiff's claim ("Dismissal Application") due to non-compliance with the earlier Discovery Order. The Court has fixed the hearing for the Dismissal Application on 20 October 2026.

 

The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development of the case in due course.
