Remarks:

(Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the abridged prospectus dated 2 November 2022 in relation to the Rights Issue of RCPS-i C.) No preferential dividend will be payable in respect of the RCPS-i C for which conversion notices have been submitted to the Share Registrar of the Company, on or before 2 September 2026 by 5.00 p.m..
