The Board of Directors of EHB wishes to announce that the Risk Management Committee has been redesignated as the Sustainability and Risk Management Committee ("SRMC") with effect from 21 August 2026.

The redesignation reflects the expanded scope of the SRMC's responsibilities to include sustainability-related matters in addition to its existing risk management functions.

The composition of the SRMC is as follows:-
