On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 21 August 2026, approved the transfer of Sorento Capital's entire issued share capital from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities, under the "Consumer Products & Services" sector.

The Transfer will take effect immediately two (2) clear market days after the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK.
