Mr. Leow Choon Yee ("Mr. Leow") is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He is also a Certified Practising Accountant and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA) and holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from Sheffield Hallam University.

He previously served as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young (AF0039), where he was involved in leading audit engagements, financial reporting reviews, and advisory assignments for clients ranging from SMEs, multinational corporations to publicly listed companies. He has accumulated more than fifteen years of professional experience in auditing, taxation, financial reporting, corporate advisory, and business consulting across a broad spectrum of industries, including plantation, manufacturing, property development, hospitality, investment holding, food and beverage, and transportation services.

Throughout his career, Mr. Leow has advised companies on matters relating to financial compliance, corporate governance, internal controls, and business operations. His extensive exposure to diverse industries has enabled him to develop strong technical expertise and practical commercial insight in assisting businesses to
improve operational efficiency and maintain regulatory compliance.

Currently, he serves as a Principal of TPL Bestar (AF0427), a Chartered Accountants firm established since 1980. In his current role, he oversees audit and assurance engagements and tax advisory services assignments while working closely with clients to support their business growth and long-term development.
