The Board of Directors of Ecobuilt Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the hearing of the winding-up petition filed by PLP Electrical Engineering Sdn. Bhd. ("PLP") against Eko Bina Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of the Company, which was fixed on 20 August 2026, has been adjourned to 17 November 2026 for physical hearing.
