Further to the announcement made on 9 March 2026, the Board of Directors of CPE Technology Berhad wishes to announce that its 100% owned subsidiary, Champion Oil Tool Sdn. Bhd. ("COT"), had held its final meeting on 7 July 2026 to conclude its member's voluntary winding-up.

The Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting was lodged on 10 August 2026 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia, and on expiration of three (3) months after the said lodgement date, COT will be fully dissolved.
