The Board of Directors of Leform wishes to announce that there is no material development pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into between Leform, Nippon Steel Trading Corporation and NST Trading Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.. The Company shall make further announcements as and when there are further material developments in relation to the MOU.
