The Board of Directors of AZRB wishes to clarify that Ahmad Zaki Sdn Bhd ("AZSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, as at the date of this response, has not been served with the winding-up petition filed by Aneka Jaringan Sdn Bhd. AZSB notes that the Petition was presented to the High Court of Malaya on 19 August 2026 and, as stated in Aneka Jaringan Holdings Berhad's announcement dated 19 August 2026, is to be served on AZSB in due course once the Petition has been sealed by the Court.

Accordingly, AZSB is presently not in a position to comment on the contents of the Petition and will consider the appropriate legal steps upon being duly served.

Further announcement(s) will be made as and when there are material developments in relation to the matter.
