The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that there has been no material development in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding entered into between Focus Point Vision Care Group Sdn Bhd, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Perbadanan Nasional Berhad since the date of the last announcement.
