The Board of Directors of CBHB ("the Board") wishes to announce that CBH Engineering Sdn Bhd ("CBH Engineering"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 19 August 2026 accepted a Letter of Award dated 21 July 2026 ("Contract") from Company A, where Company A has appointed CBH Engineering to undertake the proposed supply and/or taking delivery, installation, testing and  commissioning of high-voltage transformers and associated equipment of a 275kV substation for a data centre located in Johor Darul Ta'zim ("Works").
