Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 17 August 2026, the Board wishes to announce that our Company's Group Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer ("GMD/GCEO"), Datuk Azmi bin Ahmad ("Datuk Azmi") has been officially released from remand by the MACC today.

Datuk Azmi will immediately resume all executive roles and  leadership responsibilities within the Company. The Board reiterates that the day-to-day business operations, financial position, and strategic governance of the Company remain entirely stable and unaffected.
