We refer to the announcement by MI dated 14 August 2026 in relation to the 2nd Interim Dividend for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 and distribution of share dividend on the basis of three (3) treasury share for every two hundred (200) existing ordinary shares. ("Share Dividend").
In accordance with Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2025, the adjusted Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price are calculated as follows:
a. Adjusted Exercise Ratio = E / (1+N)
b. Adjusted Exercise Price = X / (1+N)
whereby:
X = RM3.30, being the existing Exercise Price of MI-C47 immediately prior to the Share Dividend
N = 3/200, being the number of shares (whether a whole or fraction) received by a holder of existing MI Share for each MI Share held prior to the Share Dividend
E = 4, being the existing Exercise Ratio of MI-C47 immediately prior to the Share Dividend
Based on the formula above, no adjustments shall be made to the Exercise Ratio and the Exercise Price of MI-C47 because the adjustments amount to less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and the Exercise Price being changed. |
