Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by GTA Holdings Berhad dated 19 August 2026.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 19 August 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 26 August 2026.

In the event there is any change to the timetable, GTA Holdings Berhad will advertise the notice of changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper in Malaysia and will make the relevant announcements through Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
