The Board of Directors of WRB wishes to announce that Neutron Power Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has been listed by the Sustainable Energy Development Authority Malaysia ("SEDA") as a successful applicant for Feed-in Approval for the year 2026 under the FiT system for two (2) small hydropower projects located respectively within Hutan Rizab Bukit Kinta, Mukim Ulu Kinta, Ulu Kinta, Perak Darul Ridzuan and within Hutan Rizab Bukit Tapah, Mukim Bidor, Batang Padang, Perak Darul Ridzuan ("Projects") based on the results published by SEDA on 17 August 2026.

The successful application is for a total installed capacity, net export capacity and FiT rate for the Projects. The scheduled FiT commencement date for the Project is 17 August 2031.
