The Company wishes to inform that today was scheduled for further Case Management (CM) to update the Court the status of the said section 493 application (PW745).

 

During the CM, the Applicants' solicitor updated the Senior Assistant Registrar on the status of PW745. The Registrar fixed a further case management (via e-Review) on 20 August 2026 for further directions, as no hearing date has yet been fixed for PW745.
