The Board of Directors of WTEC Group ("Board") wishes to announce that WTEC Sdn Bhd ("WTEC" or "Purchaser"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 17 August 2026, entered into a sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") with Hartanah Lotus Sdn Bhd ("Hartanah Lotus" or "Vendor") for the proposed acquisition of one (1) unit of two (2) storey bungalow factory which is currently under construction ("Subject Property"), for a total cash consideration of RM7,740,000 ("Purchase Consideration") ("Proposed Acquisition").
