The Board of Directors of ETA ("Board") wishes to announce that ETA Design & Build Sdn. Bhd. ("ETA D&B" or the "Contractor"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ETA, had on 13 August 2026 executed two (2) construction agreements (collectively, the "Agreements") for the design and build of industrial factory and warehouse buildings in Mukim Rawang, Daerah Gombak, Selangor Darul Ehsan (the "Works"), particulars of which are as follows:-

(a) a construction agreement with Eckem Sdn. Bhd. ("Eckem") in respect of the land held under HS(D) 89999, PT 49863 ("Contract 1"); and

(b) a construction agreement with Entire Concept Sdn. Bhd. ("Entire Concept") in respect of the land held under HS(D) 90000, PT 49864 ("Contract 2"),

with an aggregate contract value of RM13,172,239.00 ("Contracts").
