The Board of Directors of CAB wishes to announce that CAB Cakaran (Timur) Sdn Bhd which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CAB, has on 12 August 2026, entered into three (3) Lease Agreements (the "Agreements") with Kerajaan Negeri Terengganu (the "Lessor" or the "Government") to lease lands at Rizab Padang Ragut (the "Land") for a modern poultry farming project (the said "Project") ("the lease") as follows:-
