Reference is made to HEXRTL's announcement dated 10 August 2026 ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid Announcement.

In accordance with Paragraph 3.06 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia, the Board wishes to announce that MainStreet Advisers Sdn Bhd has been appointed as the Independent Adviser to provide comments, opinion, information and recommendation to the non-interested Directors and the holders of the Offer Shares in respect of the Offer.
