 I) GALAXY TECHNOLOGY (BANGLADESH) LIMITED;
 II) D3N LTD; AND
 III) ULTRA ELECTRONICS PAKISTAN (PRIVATE) LIMITED

The Board of Directors of NEXG wishes to announce that DGTSB has on 11 August 2026 entered into 3 separate MOC with the following parties:-


i) Galaxy Technology (Bangladesh) Limited (Trade Licence Number TRAD/DNCC/002201/2022);
ii) D3N Ltd (Business Registration No C22192861); and
iii) Ultra Electronics Pakistan (Private) Limited (Corporate Identification No. U31909WB1964PTC026180),


to collaborate and jointly co-operate in promoting and securing of business opportunities in Bangladesh, Mauritius and Pakistan respectively, for the purposes of procuring DGTSB's secure ID solutions business to potential customers.
