Reference is made to the announcements made on 11 November 2020, 15 December 2020, 17 December 2020, 21 December 2020, 11 March 2021, 10 May 2021, 19 August 2021, 14 September 2021, 28 January 2022, 1 April 2022, 24 June 2022, 2 November 2022, 13 May 2024, 14 May 2024,16 May 2024,15 July 2024, 7 November 2024 and 10 July 2026 in relation to the forensic investigation at DTS - Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No. WA-22NCC-544-11/2020.

Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as the words and expressions defined in the said announcements.

Further to the earlier announcements made, the Board of Directors of Deleum ("the Board") wishes to provide the following updates:

1. Following the decisions delivered by the High Court on 9 July 2026, the deadline for the filing of Notice of Appeal was 8 August 2026.

    

2. As at the date of this announcement, the following Notices of Appeal have been filed and/or served:

• Defendant No. 7 has filed his Notice of Appeal on 23 July 2026; and

   

• Plaintiff has filed and served two (2) Notices of Appeal against Defendant No. 5 and Defendant No. 7 on 5 August 2026.

   

3. No Notice of Appeal has been received from Defendant No. 5 as at the date of this announcement.
