The Board of Directors ("Directors") of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad ("SCIB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that SCIB Ecobuild Sdn. Bhd. ("SCIBE" or the "Co-Developer") [Registration No.: 202501044572 (1645980-V)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of SCIB, had on 7 August 2026 entered into a conditional Co-Development Agreement ("Agreement") with Inland World Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.: 201601024571 (1195510-D)] ("IWSB" or the "Developer"), to jointly undertake the development of two (2) parcels of land held under CL 215283426 and NT 213042249, measuring approximately 0.84 acre and 0.811 acres respectively, located in Penampang, Sabah (collectively, the "Project Lands"), into a residential development known as Dimpoukon Residence ("Project"), subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

SCIBE and IWSB are individually referred to as a "Party", and collectively as the "Parties".
