- Originating Summons No. WA-28JM-8-06/2026 for Judicial Management Application by Sharifuddin bin Abdul Wahab (560428-10-6427) ("Applicant") against Damai City Sdn Bhd ("DCSB") pursuant to Sections 404, 405, 406, 407, 410 and 414 of the Companies Act 2016 in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur

Pursuant to the announcement on 22 June 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd ("GDBSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has been notified by its solicitors the said application for a judicial management order to place DCSB under the judicial management of a judicial manager pursuant to Sections 404, 405, 406, 407, 410 and 414 of the Companies Act 2016 has since been withdrawn by filing of a Notis Pemberhentian in the Kuala Lumpur High Court by the solicitors for DCSB (in receivership and in liquidation).

 

There will be no further announcements in relation thereof.
