Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 4 August 2026 in respect of the release order from PETRONAS Chemicals Isononanol Sdn Bhd ("PCINA") and Pengerang Refining Company Sdn Bhd ("PRC") (collectively, the "Announcements").

Unless stated otherwise all words and expressions defined in the announcement shall have the same meaning when used herein.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to provide the following additional information:

1. Shapadu CR Asia Sdn Bhd ("SCRA") received the RO from PRC ("RO-PRC") on 15 July 2026. For clarification, although the RO-PRC was received on 15 July 2026, announcement was only made on 4 August 2026 because SCRA expected revisions to the RO-PRC which ultimately did not occur.

2. The works under the ROs are expected to be completed within 90 Mechanical Days* from the commencement date. The commencement date will be determined by the client and is tentatively scheduled in March 2027.

Notes:  * "Mechanical Day" means a day on which the entire or relevant portion of the plant is shut down for execution of the works under the ROs.
