The Board of Directors of WRB wishes to announce that West River Engineering Sdn Bhd ("WRE"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 4 August 2026 accepted two (2) Letter of Awards ("LOAs") awarded by Mabuco Sdn. Bhd. ("MSB" or "Main Contractor") to carry out the following works for a proposed development of one (1) block of commercial serviced apartments located at PT389 (LOT 74782), Jalan PJS 9/1, PJS 9, Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya, Mukim Damansara, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan, at the contract sums set out below: -
