WRIT OF SUMMON AND STATEMENT OF CLAIM AGAINST ECO-SHOP AND FIVE OTHER DEFENDANTS
The Board of Directors of ECO-SHOP wishes to inform that the Company had on late evening of 30 July 2026 received a copy of the sealed Writ of Summon ("Writ") and Statement of Claim dated 28 July 2026 from Messrs Ismail, Khoo & Associates, acting on behalf of Mr Cheng Heng Yew ("CHY") and Mr Cheng Kar Tong (as attorney of CHY) ("CKT"), against ECO-SHOP, Eco-Shop Marketing Sdn Bhd*, Kong Ken Meng, Chin Pik Fong, Low Wan Cheong and Lee Koi Chin (collectively referred to as "Defendants").
Note: *Eco-Shop Marketing Sdn Bhd is the same entity as ECO-SHOP, i.e. prior to the conversion of the Company into a public company.
