We refer to the Company's announcement dated 27 July 2026 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) the date of YLI's investment in the Property;

2) brief elaboration on the methodology used by the Valuers to arrive at the market value of RM11.5 million;

3) the justification for the consideration of RM14 million;

4) to breakdown the intended utilisation of RM11.11 million allocated for working capital and to include explanatory note for each item and timeframe for full utilisation;

5) to elaborate on the "new business ventures" and explain whether it is synergistic or complementary to YLI's existing business;

6) the effect of the disposal on the gearing of YLI based on the latest audited financial statement;

7) the approximate age of the factory building;

8) to state the expiry date of the lease of the land;

9) the net book value of the Property based on the latest audited financial statements;

10)  to define the "Completion Period" and the "Extended Completion Period"; and

11) to state the time and place where the valuation report and certificate may be inspected.
