Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(37) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Board of Directors of One Glove Group Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company's External Auditors, Messrs. Deloitte Malaysia PLT (formerly known as Deloitte PLT), had expressed an unqualified opinion with material uncertainty related to going concern in the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.
