Reference is made to the announcements made on 4 October 2024, 27 January 2025, 28 April 2025, 30 April 2025, 30 July 2025, 30 October 2025, 28 January 2026 and 28 April 2026 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between Serikandi Oil Field Services Sdn. Bhd. ("Serikandi") and Solar District Cooling Sdn. Bhd. ("SDC") ("Announcement").

Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU entered between Serikandi and SDC.
