We refer to our announcements dated 6 March 2020, 14 May 2020, 27 May 2024, 25 June 2024 and quarterly updates in the interim announcements regarding the Federal Court Civil Appeal No. 02(F)-50-11/2024(W) ("Appeal") by Universal Health Care (R&D) Sdn Bhd ("Appellant") against TTB and 3 other Respondents who were the directors of Pandan Indah Medical Management Sdn Bhd (In Liquidation), a former subsidiary of TTB.

 

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that on 29 July 2026, the Federal Court delivered its decision in dismissing the Appellant's appeal and awarded costs of RM150,000 to TTB.
