PROPOSED SUBSCRIPTION OF 2.32 MILLION NEW ORDINARY SHARES REPRESENTING 29% STAKE IN MANJARAN SDN BHD ("PROPOSED SUBSCRIPTION")

Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 29 June 2026, 30 June 2026 and 16 July 2026 in relation to the Proposed Subscription.

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of BProperty, Berjaya Securities Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd) ("Berjaya Securities") wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 27 July 2026, approved the listing and quotation of 206,785,714 new ordinary shares in BProperty ("Consideration Shares") to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Subscription on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

 

The approval granted by Bursa Securities is subject to, among others, BProperty and Berjaya Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Subscription, and that BProperty must comply with the approved lower public shareholding spread of 20% upon listing and quotation of the Consideration Shares.
